This project focused on rapid idea development, from initial research and ideation to a final digital product and its marketing.

The project was created as a response to a visit of Wellfare Technology exhibition in DokkX, where we were presented with a shocking set of statistics showing the basis for a prediction that in the upcoming years Denmark (and many other developed countries) will be facing a healthcare crysis due to the trend of rising average age and the decline of workers in socialcare and healthcare.
Based on this, we have started our research to find a way to help address this upcoming crisis. Initial research showed that one of the most common reasons for elderly people to need care is cognitive decline. In this area, the most prevalent diagnosis is dementia. With the aim of making the greatest possible impact given our skills in digital concept development, we have decided to find a digital solution to this problem.
To achieve such an ambitious goal in such a short time, we had to partner with experts and dive deep into the worlds of welfare technology, dementia, and cognitive behavioural therapy.
